A gift shop in the ranger station at the park entrance offers t-shirts, books and gifts.

An amphitheater at the trailhead is often the site of afternoon concerts.

Cyclists are allowed on the Nature Trail, but must yield to hikers.

An accessible toilet with grab bars is available at the trailhead.

Signs along the trail include a cement impression of wildlife footprints.
